My good friend The General relates to me gossip from the agricultural district that disgraced former district councilor Paul Peccioli who was convicted of holding a woman prisoner in her own home and then pursuing her in a high speed car chase after she tried to escape is now to be found, if so desired, lurking behind his new name of Paul Tarrant.
