BNP facing winding up petition?.

And it's goodnight from me, and it's goodnight from him..

The BNP is insolvent and could be wound up within days with it's members picking up the tab for the parties unpaid bills as creditors start legal proceedings. Reporter Chris Fay, in his most recent article published in The Northern Echo reports that "The British National Party is being taken to court by its creditors including a North East printing firm which is owed thousands.

The party’s central office owes the Newton Press, in County Durham, about £16,500 for printing its newspaper, Freedom. It is understood the firm is one of several UK firms taking the BNP to court in an action headed by an as yet unnamed solicitor.

The £16,500 has been described as loose change compared to the overall figure being sought from the party, which is allegedly £500,000 in debt. Party leader Nick Griffin is expected to meet North East organisers in County Durham today, where he will face tough questions over the party’s finances.

As a political party the BNP is an unincorporated association which cannot technically be declared bankrupt. However, creditors could hold Mr Griffin personally liable along with party members who entered into contracts. Freedom’s former editor, Martin Wingfield, said he enjoyed an excellent working relationship with the Newton Press for about two years until he stepped down, in July last year.

But, when asked about the recent debt, he said: “I understand the case is going to court, so at present, I cannot comment further.” The BNP’s money woes were highlighted recently when a letter purporting to be from the party’s head office offered creditors 20p for every pound of debt.

It was dismissed by some members as a fake, but the BNP’s former North-East organiser, Ken Booth, said it was genuine. He said party members in the North-East were disgusted to learn of the 20p in a pound offer and he had fought for the Newton Press to be paid."

Could the sudden unexpected departure of Griffins financial Genius Jim Dowson under less than 'good terms' be a case of the rats deserting the sinking ship?..

Oh Dear oh dear oh dear..

The following extract is from the current BNPtv video 'Update with party Chairman' where Gri££in sings the praises of Dow$on and states at the end that the contract with Midas touch in reverse consultancy will not be renewed "on perfectly good terms"

The video wouldn't load earlier in the day for some reason but is now back online. However the download link still worked enabling us to fetch this clip. The full length video can be found for your viewing entertainment at http://bnptv.org.uk/

Interestingly and in direct contradiction to the statement in the video we find the following announcement has been made at Eddie Butlers web site..

"STOP PRESS - IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AS AN ABSOLUTE FACT.

Today BNP staff were refused access to the Belfast Call Centre. The locks have been changed!
"

http://eddybutler.blogspot.com/2010/10/lock-out.html

It appears that parting on good terms has a different definition in Belfast to Welshpool. Jim Dow$on has locked the BNP out of his call center.
All the contact details on the party main web site have been changed so that all communication is directed to the Gri££in bunker at Welshpool.

The BNP is in complete melt down and small wonder. Anyone who has by now not jumped ship or at least realized what is going on and continues to support this crooked regime has to be a part of the orchestrated plot to scuttle the party.

Foreign 'nurse' caught on CCTV turning off paralysed patient's life support machine.

A paralysed patient has been left severely brain damaged after a nurse switched off his life support machine in an incident captured on CCTV. Violeta Aylward, an agency nurse working for the NHS, was caught on camera turning off the ventilator keeping quadriplegic Jamie Merrett alive.

The 37-year-old, left paralysed from the neck down following a car accident in 2002, had a bedside camera set up at his home after becoming concerned about the standard of care he was receiving. Footage recorded only a few days after it was installed shows Miss Aylward fiddling with the ventilator before a high-pitched warning tone sounds, indicating it is switched off.

Mr Merrett is then left fighting for life as the nurse panics about what to do next, unable to restart the ventilator or properly operate resuscitation equipment. It was not until 21 minutes later that paramedics who rushed to the scene managed to turn the life support machine back on.

But by that time, Mr Merrett had suffered serious brain damage, which has left him with the mental capacity of a young child. Before the incident, he was able to talk, use a wheelchair and operate a computer using voice-activated technology.

His family claims that the brain damage has severely diminished his quality of life, and he is now mounting legal action. Miss Aylward, who was caring for Mr Merrett at his home in Devizes, Wilts, has been suspended while the incident is investigated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Ambition 24hours, the agency which supplied her, said it could not comment as an internal investigation was ongoing. The NHS Wiltshire Primary Care Trust, which was responsible for providing care for Mr Merrett, said it was unable to comment due to pending legal action.

Karren Reynolds, Mr Merrett’s sister, told the BBC’s Inside Out programme: "His life is completely changed. He doesn't have a life now. "He has an existence but it's nowhere near what it was before. He is very brain damaged compared to what he was before.

“He was a highly intelligent man and you could have long in-depth conversations with him and now it tends to be more simplistic." She added that her brother has become increasingly worried about alleged errors involving nurses operating his ventilator in the weeks before the incident.

Mr Merrett had written to the trust by email, warning of his concerns but that nothing was done, she claimed. A confidential report by Wiltshire social services into the incident – leaked to Inside Out – concluded that the agency was fully aware it was required to supply a nurse with training in the use of a ventilator.

The report says the company did not have adequate systems in place to check what training their staff had received. Mr Merrett’s solicitor, Seamus Edney, said: “In my experience, this is the worst case of negligence.

"No one has come forward to make any admission, so now almost two years after the event we are trying to get someone to admit liability for what has happened." In a statement, NHS Wiltshire Primary Care Trust said: "The PCT has investigated the incident in January 2009 when the patient’s ventilator care was compromised.

"We have apologised to the patient and his family for this, and have put in place a series of actions to ensure that such an event will not occur again either for this patient or others. "The incident is the subject of likely litigation so the PCT is restricted in what further it may say in public." Miss Aylward, 55, from Reading, Berks, has not commented on the case.

Teacher banned for life was useless

A teacher who is judged to be incapable of ever improving his work has become the first to be banned for life from the classroom due to incompetence.

Nisar Ahmed will never reach 'requisite standards' of teaching and cannot work in state schools again, a panel ruled.

The General Teaching Council for England found the 46-year-old guilty of serious professional incompetence and said there was a risk that pupils would be seriously disadvantaged if he was ever allowed to return to lessons. Ahmed was head of business studies at the John O'Gaunt Community Technology College in Hungerford, Berkshire, from September 2007 to January 2009.

He had taught for a total of 13 years at schools across the South-East. His management of lessons was 'invariably' below standard, the GTC disciplinary panel was told. The school, which has more than 450 pupils, aged 11 to 18, gave Mr Ahmed 'extensive formal and informal' support for more than a year but he failed to improve.

Just 13 teachers have been banned from the profession for fixed periods for incompetence since 2000. Ahmed is the first to receive a prohibition order without time limit. His organisation of classes was deemed 'persistently poor', with class registers regularly left uncompleted and student work folders 'poorly managed' and sometimes left at home or in his car when they were needed in lessons.

Marking was persistently not done or delayed and feedback to pupils was inadequate, GTC committee chair Rosalind Burford said. She added: 'You regularly failed to undertake proper lesson plans. This resulted in a lack of pace and challenge in your lessons and a lack of clear learning objectives.'

These 'fundamental' failings had a significantly adverse effect on his students, she said, adding: 'We could not be satisfied that you have an appropriate level of insight into your shortcomings.

Gentiles only exist to serve jews says Rabbi.

In a shocking Jerusalem Post article a head Rabbi says , the lives of non-Jews in Israel are safeguarded by divinity, to prevent losses to Jews and the sole purpose of non-Jews is to serve Jews, according to Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, the head of Shas’s Council of Torah Sages and a senior Sephardi adjudicator.

Goyim were born only to serve us. Without that, they have no place in the world – only to serve the People of Israel,” he said in his weekly Saturday night sermon on the laws regarding the actions non-Jews are permitted to perform on Shabbat."

According to Yosef, the lives of non-Jews in Israel are safeguarded by divinity, to prevent losses to Jews.

“In Israel, death has no dominion over them... With gentiles, it will be like any person – they need to die, but [God] will give them longevity. Why? Imagine that one’s donkey would die, they’d lose their money.

This is his servant... That’s why he gets a long life, to work well for this Jew,” Yosef said.

Why are gentiles needed? They will work, they will plow, they will reap. We will sit like an effendi and eat.

That is why gentiles were created,” he added
."

Yosef’s Saturday night sermons have seen many controversial statements from the 90-year-old rabbi. In August, Yosef caused a diplomatic uproar when he wished a plague upon the Palestinian people and their leaders [...].

News from the agricultural district

My good friend The General conveys news from the agricultural district concerning the apparent suicide of former Police Inspector Peter Boatman. Boatman known locally as "Boaty" was a director of the company Pro-Tect which is at the center of grave controversy following the discovery that it had been selling Tazer torture weapons to Police forces in contravention of the terms of it's home office licence.

It emerged recently that the type of Tasers used in the incident that led to the death of killer Raoul Moat were only licensed for distribution to a Home Office testing facility. As Pro-Tect had supplied the X12 Tasers directly to Northumbria Police, home secretary Theresa May decided there was no alternative but to revoke the company's licence.

The company's managing director Kevin Coles told news sources that Boatman, a former Northamptonshire Police Inspector, had been 'destroyed' by the development. He explained that his colleague had felt 'ashamed' by the media coverage of the company's 'problems'.

Boatman was a Police constable in Daventry during the mid 1970's and into the 80's and was notorious for his hatred of drinking, mob handedly invading pubs and clubs locally at the stroke of closing time and physically "intimidating" the clientele. He also had a reputation for his penchant for 'mixing it' obtained during the 1972 dockers strikes. He was quietly known by some of his fellow officers as a nasty piece of work. With an obsession for pugilism and martial arts he liked himself to be considered an "expert on violence" and "the use of force".

It is alleged that Boatman's 'expert submission' was partly instrumental in the jailing of the innocent Leeds Police officer Michael Bunting who was attacked and seriously injured in August 1997 and later jailed simply for bravely defending himself during a most vicious and unprovoked attack while performing his duty.

No doubt a few pints will be quaffed in the town at the news of the passing of this pillar of honesty, probity and sobriety. Northamptonshire Police have confirmed they are not treating the death as suspicious and the company issued a statement revealing that Boatman took his own life, presumably when he realized his little under the counter sales gig was up and the tug boat to shit creek was looming ever closer on the horizon.

Incredibly this saga of trickery, intrigue and corruption has been simmering in the background largely unbeknown to the public for almost a decade as the following 'shocking' two page Times article tells us, and in which we learn all we need to know about old "Boaty" http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/article584499

Sadly these days it comes as no surprise at all to discover that some of the most inwardly and secretly corrupt specimens on gods green earth come from within the very organizations that impose, often by violence, the so called "Rule of Law" upon us lesser mortals.

Sometimes it takes much longer than we would like, but what goes around eventually and inevitably comes around. Bring tears to a glass eye, that it would.... yes indeed.

British Freedom Party are your nationalist superiors?.

We just had an email forwarded to us via our good friend The General, from a reader who has apparently voiced an opinion with regard to the new British Freedom Party web site's graphics. Coincidentally the ones we featured below yesterday.

The reply our contributor received from an individual identifying themselves as APE at ape@advanced-ape.com, is as follows:

"Daventry NF, please refrain from insulting your nationalist superiors. It's a stock image. What are you going to expose exactly? And how are you going to expose it? On the NF blogs that nobody reads?

Wind your neck in.

--

"

We have taken a quick butchers at the site where the comment was left but it has not been published. Still at least we have yet another example of the utter contempt these so called "nationalists" have for everyone else. Particularly those with dissenting voices. Whoever this 'APE' character is, they are obviously utterly vacuous.

Interestingly an Whois shows the information for the domain registrant to be Locked Down. One has to wonder why...

One has been racking one's brains trying to remember why the new British Freedom Party logo was so damned familiar. It was this bugger !!.

Knew I'd seen it somewhere before. Funny but I thought to myself, it looks like one of those crass pop adverts then the penny dropped :).

Could there be another copyright infringement case coming up?.

British Freedom Party, a multi-cult sellout.

A picture is worth a thousand words they say. This image straight from the front page of the travesty which is the new British Freedom Party website certainly says it all about the new "Nationalist" party that is supposed to be the new reformed BNP.

Blacks, Asians and Women to the fore, white males pushed out of sight and of no significance right at the back... Nothing new there then.

As I have said before and will continue to say, the reform movement is just another state sponsored setup. What has and is happening to the BNP is not happening in a vacuum and the reform movement is yet another part of the strategy to dilute and marginalize members of the nationalist movement.

Anyone who supports this traitorous multi-cultural shower and yet still purports to be a nationalist is either a liar or a moron. Join the only political party that truly represents the interests of the British people. Join the NATIONAL FRONT today.

Council tax payers threaten to stop paying

People living in a part of Normanton have threatened to stop paying council tax amid fears of escalating anti-social behaviour. At a heated neighbourhood forum meeting last night, residents said they felt that Derby City Council had "abandoned" the area.

The meeting, at St Augustine's Community Centre, in Almond Street, attracted scores of people from the Stanton Street area – and some of them claimed the trouble was being caused by Eastern European members of the community. But police said they had no evidence a particular ethnic group was to blame.

One resident said: "In the last two years we've seen many families of the Roma community move into this area. "The fly-tipping and rubbish has increased and it's common to see settees, mattresses and bags of food appear on the streets.

"The noise and music can also be horrendous and this has a huge impact on the lives of people living nearby." Other people said they had been accused of racism. One resident said he felt the only way the council would listen to them is if they stopped paying council tax.

But Sergeant Simon Adams, of Peartree and Normanton Safer Neighbourhood Team, said police did not want to victimise any ethnic minority group. "A lot of the problems reported to us do seem to suggest people of Eastern European background are involved but with any anti-social behaviour we deal with it the way we always do," he said.

Sergeant Adams said that he would look into applying for a Section 30 dispersal order, to give police powers to move on groups thought to be causing trouble. "However some are targeting Roma families that have moved into the area. We do need to work together to rectify this problem." One minute the Police admit that there is an Eastern European problem, Sgt Adams:-"A lot of the problems reported to us do seem to suggest people of Eastern European background are involved”

And in the same breath they say: - “but police said they had no evidence a particular ethnic group was to blame.” It is of course obvious to the residents that since the Roma have arrived the problems have started, so the police ‘Public Servants’ by the way should forget the race card and deal with the problems that these Roma are causing. The tax payers of our country deserve police protection as after all we pay their wages and this is our country.
